This was our first time eating at El Diablito in Potrero Costa Rica. We came about 4pm, we like to eat early. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress was very nice, we ordered Margaritas, a classic and a Tamarind – both delicious.
For starters we had guacamole, the chips were thin and crispy, the guac was tangy and well blended.
My husband and I shared a Molcajetes, of the farm. It was served in a big volcano rock pot, piping hot. It was like a meat soup, super delicious. It came with homemade corn tortillas. We had enough leftovers for another meal. We actually kept the sauce and ate it with black beans. I will most definitely be back.
