This condo is immaculately clean. There is a kingsize bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds that can be joined together to make a kingsize bed in the second bedroom. Both of these beds in both rooms are high quality mattresses and extremely comfortable. In the living room there is a sofa bed that makes into another bed. The sofa bed is good for two children or one or two smaller adults. The beds come with down pillows and high quality linens. We have installed high quality internet ( 200mbps) so you can do zoom calls if needed on vacation!

This condo comes with parking for one vehicle in a gated parking lot. We have Tommy Bahama lawn chairs for your use kept in the room beside the kitchen.

The unit is a short walk from downtown Potrero, a charming Costa Rican village with a traditional church and soccer field in the center. The nearest beach, Playa Penca, is a secluded beauty where crowds are rare. And just around a headland is another beach, Playa Potrero, that stretches all the way to the world-class marina now open in Flamingo.

Potrero and its southern neighbor Surfside are full of restaurants, bars, shops and tour companies. Many expats have made this their permanent home, including a large number of Canadians, Americans and Italians.

Potrero is centrally located along a picturesque, paved coastal highway that leads from Las Catalinas in the north to Huacas in the south. There’s also a newly paved road called the Monkey Trail that leads from Potrero to the outskirts of Playas del Coco and cuts the travel time to Guanacaste airport by 15 minutes.

There’s no shortage of adventure tours offered nearby, including fishing, scuba diving, sailing and sunset cruises. You can also go ziplining, rent an ATV, ride a horse, visit an animal rescue center, and much more.

This condo’s proximity to both the beach and town square makes it truly unique.—you may hear music from adjacent businesses until 11pm on weekends. With doors and windows closed, this should not impact your stay. For the ultra-sensitive sleepers, turning on white noise or using earplugs are other options you may consider.
